The Lantern Exchange
An original six-stage indoor cooperative challenge. Three crews hold different clues and must combine them. A host enters answers, chooses hints and keeps the group moving.
Designed for adults in three crews. The suggested 30–45 minute duration and group sizes are beta design targets; independent human hosting and timing have not yet been tested.
This console includes host controls and answers. Use crew packets for participants. Progress stays on this device unless you explicitly save session JSON; there is no live multiplayer account or cloud sync.
Prepare the three crews
Guided, Standard and Challenge use the same underlying solution with different clue support. One-stage taster and full activity are both available. The story is fictional: no physical navigation, locked room, electrical assembly or participant personal data is required.
