Visual references only, not to scale or machine-ready. “Layout ready” does not mean customer approved. The ZIP report and manifest include mapped data from every row, including rejected rows. Send each customer only their matching individual proof.

Use an explicit per-tag CSV. Standard store exports may not contain engraving text. Review every proof before sending it to a customer. This beta checks layout and supported input; it cannot detect a real-world typo or verify a phone number.

What still takes manual work?

Try the free column mapping and reusable presets. Tell us what remains difficult in your shop, or whether you used the tool for another batch. Please use fictional examples. No payment is collected here.

Share feedback

Privacy, scope & data handling

The tool does not send your CSV, names or phone text to a server, use advertising trackers, or store orders in browser storage. Refreshing clears the batch. Your browser and hosting provider may keep normal access logs. Downloaded files contain your batch data; share them only with the intended recipient. Feedback email goes to lixinghui559@gmail.com through your email provider. Please send fictional examples only. No account, payment, approval tracking or production service is included. Dimensions, one typeface and fixed hole geometry are preview settings, not manufacturing tolerances. Font notices are included below.
